The Certified Operator Directory is a listing of all individual operators that are available for contract in Massachusetts.  It is available on the web at http://www.mass.gov/dep/water/drinking/certop.htm.  Once into the directory file, look for your town or surrounding towns to find individual operators that are willing to work in that area.
