Enabling Legislation

Proposed Regulation 310 CMR 46.00: Registration of Well Drillers and Filing of Well Completion Reports 

Effective October 1, 2009, the Well Drillers Program was transferred from DCR to MassDEP. A new regulation, 310 CMR 46.00, is proposed to supersede 313 CMR 3.00, which governed program operations within DCR.
