Maximum Reimbursement: 50% of total project cost

Multiple Contracts Allowed: Yes

Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants include all municipalities, as well as public water systems established by a legislative act to provide drinking water to the public. 

Eligible Projects

  • Land Purchases and Conservation Restrictions

Land may be acquired through purchase of fee simple title or a conservation restriction.
