South Boston Chapter 91 Projects in the Licensing Process

The South Boston Municipal Harbor Plan was approved by Secretary Durand on December 6, 2000. When Chapter 91 license applications for projects within the South Boston Municipal Harbor Plan area are received by the Department, this section of the MassDEP website will allow you to review a description of the project, view site plans, check the status of the license application, learn of opportunities for public review and comment on the proposals, and submit public comments by email.
