Renewals The due date for return of all pesticide license renewal applications is December 1, 2007. The Department can not assure that applicators will receive their new 2008 licenses prior to the expiration of the current license if the renewal is received after the due date. Any applications received after January 1, 2008 will be assesed a late fee equal to the pesticide exam fee. Any applications received after June 30, 2007 will be required to retake the state pesticide exam to receive your pesticide license! Please Note: Massachusetts is no longer granting reciprocal licenses and you must take a Massachusetts pesticide exam and obtain a Massachusetts pesticide license in order to legally work in the Commonwealth. |
