Significant additions to the regulations are provisions which address the protection of State Listed Species Habitat, Vernal Pools and Class B Drinking Water Intakes. The regulations also revise provisions protecting tributaries to public water supplies. Changes have been made to the definitions section to reflect the changes in Section 11.04.
