Massachusetts check station map

The easiest way to report a harvest is online using MassFishHunt, but you can also go to an official check station.

Table of Contents

If you decide to report your harvest in person, use the map below to find a check station. Select the species you are reporting from the layer list, then click on a point on the map for hours and contact information.

More information

  • Hunters who harvest a deer, bear, turkey, fox, or coyote must report it within 48 hours. Hunters or trappers who harvest beaver, bobcat, fisher, mink, or otter must report it within 4 working days of the end of the season.
  • Bobcat and otter must be reported in person at a check station and cannot be reported online. Use the map above to find a furbearer check station, click on the location to get contact information, and then call to make an appointment.
  • All deer must be reported in person during the first week of shotgun season.
