254Site ID:RowleyTown:9.5Acres:NoRapid Technical Site Assessment:RestrictionFillAgricultureOtherCompleted ProjectLowPriority:Site consists of ~9 acres of marsh north of Patmos Street and south of Far Division Road. Both roads cross the marsh running east-west; no culverts are present under Patmos Street, while a culvert does convey tidal flow beneath Far Division Road. This road is also at marsh grade where it crosses the marsh, and likely does not impede sheet flow to the site. The condition and features of the road culvert are not known as the tide was above the culvert and road during the site visit. Further assessment of the site is needed to evaluate impacts from the culvert and road crossings. A tidal survey would quickly determine whether exchange is restricted by either of the road crossings. Restoration potential is considered low due to the unknown condition of the culvert and uncertainty regarding potential degradation and need for restoration actions.Site Summary:Under DevelopmentImpact Type(s)StatusPotential Project
