Fisheries and Wildlife Board Action
On November 24, 2009, the Fisheries and Wildlife Board voted to approve the above proposals. The regulations change will not take effect until some time in 2010 when officially published by the Secretary of State’s office. Current bobcat hunting and trapping regulations remain in place. When the new regulations are published and in effect, the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife will post them on this page, at Division offices, through the media and via the monthly e-newsletter.
