321 CMR 10.00: Massachusetts Endangered Species Act Regulations

September 28, 2011 at 3:00 p.m.at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, Karl Weiss Education and Conference Center, 100 North Drive, Room 102, Westborough, MA.
In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 5, and Chapter 30A, Section 2, NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, Karl Weiss Education and Conference Center, 100 North Drive, Room 102, Westborough, MA relative to rules and regulations to changes in the Massachusetts Endangered Species Act Regulations.
