Directions

The Hunter Education Office is located on MassWildlife's High Ridge Wildlife Management Area at the end of Overlook Road in Westminster. The gate into the property is open during the week except for state holidays from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

From the West

Follow Route 2 East and take the Route 140 N exit - exit number 24 - toward WESTMINSTER/WINCHENDON. Take the W MAIN ST ramp toward WESMINSTER. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto W MAIN ST. Turn LEFT onto BACON ST. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto OVERLOOK RD. Follow this road to its end, passing through an orange gate marking the boundary of the High Ridge Wildlife Management Area. The building is nearly 1/2 mile past the gate. Hunter Education Offices are upstairs. The Mass. Environmental Police also have a small field office for the Boating Safety Bureau on the ground floor.

From the East

Follow Route 2 West and take the Route 2A W/Route 140 S exit - exit number 25 - toward WESTMINSTER/PRINCETON. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MA-2A W/MAIN ST. Continue to follow MA-2A W. Turn RIGHT onto ELLIOTT ST. Turn RIGHT onto BACON ST. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto OVERLOOK RD. Follow this road to its end, passing through an orange gate marking the boundary of the High Ridge Wildlife Management Area. The building is nearly 1/2 mile past the gate.
