Demolition of Abandoned Structures at the Quaboag WMA, East Brookfield
The contract will consist of the demolition, removal and disposal of a wood frame, split level, unoccupied house, with attached porch and greenhouse, wood frame stable, wood frame barn, steel shed, wood frame shed/coop and wood frame dog house and associated materials and fencing located on the Quaboag Wildlife Management Area in East Brookfield, Massachusetts. Contractor will be responsible for decommissioning well and septic system and for filling and grading of the site after removal.
