321 CMR 6:00 Dog Restraining Order
6.01: Dog Restraining Order in Certain Counties.
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 131, § 82, notification is hereby given of a dog restraining order effective 48 hours from the date of publication and shall remain in effect until rescinded.
(1) All persons owning, keeping or possessing a dog or dogs shall restrain such dog or dogs from running at large in any city or town in the counties of:

| Bristol | Middlesex |
| Dukes | Nantucket |
| Essex | Norfolk |
| Franklin | Plymouth |
| Worcester |
(2) This order is deemed necessary to prevent dogs from chasing, harassing,
hunting, molesting, attacking or killing deer, and becomes effective
January 15, 1976.
