Plain Language Summaries
Plain Language Summaries are a series of clearly written summaries of the laws relating to various fish and wildlife related activities. The summaries are not the actual legal language, but a consolidation of fish and wildlife regulations and statutes written in an understandable manner. Currently the summaries focus on hunting, fishing and trapping related activities. As more Plain Language Summaries are written on other fish and wildlife topics, they will be posted in this area.
