OHV Safety & Responsibility Course Requirements |

Operators under 18 years of age must take the OHV Safety and
Responsibility Course to legally operate in Massachusetts. In order to obtain an
OHV Safety and Responsibility Course completion certificate, you must complete
two distinct courses. The first course is the online safety course offered by an
approved provider. Upon successful completion of that course, you must sign up
for and complete a two hour classroom course which will cover
Massachusetts-specific content. |

STEP 1: Sign up and complete the OHV

Note: STEP 1 must be completed before proceeding to STEP 2! |

STEP 2: Sign up for a Massachusetts OHV Safety Course (listed
below). |

| |
You can only sign up for one of these classes with proof that you have
successfully completed the General Safety Training course by one of the
providers linked above. |

What to Bring: Please bring a pen or pencil and proof of
successful completion of the OHV Online Safety Course. |

| |
Please Note: Students between the ages of 10 through 16 must be
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. |
