• This REGISTRATION AND TITLING APPLICATION can be used to register a boat, snowmobile, or ATV, as well as to Title a Boat. Page two of this form, the Co-Owners and Lien Holders form, is necessary for Boat Titles where you would like to title the boat with more that one owner or if you have a lien on the boat.

• The CHANGE STATUS FORM is used to notify us that you no longer own the boat, you moved the boat out of state, or if you simply changed the mooring of the boat to a different town.
