| The owner or operator of any fishing vessel shall immediately comply with instructions issued by an authorized environmental police officer to facilitate inspection of the vessel, its gear, and/or catch and safe boarding, and shall take such other actions as are necessary to ensure the safety of the authorized officer and his/her party, and to facilitate the boarding. | ||||
