322 CMR 1.00: ENFORCEMENT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS

Section

  • 1.01 Safe Boarding and Inspection
         The owner or operator of any fishing vessel shall immediately comply with instructions issued by an authorized environmental police officer to facilitate inspection of the vessel, its gear, and/or catch and safe boarding, and shall take such other actions as are necessary to ensure the safety of the authorized officer and his/her party, and to facilitate the boarding.
