Services:
Administration and Finance: Develops, analyses, and manages the Division of Marine Fisheries financial planning and resource allocation activities including budget submissions to the Legislature.

Policy and Management: Assists the Director and the Marine Fisheries Commission with initiating, evaluating, and selecting fisheries management strategies and implement rules and regulations affecting the Commonwealth's marine commercial and recreational fisheries.

Legal Matters

Licensing and Regulations: Distribution and collection of various marine fisheries permits and catch reports required by the Commonwealth.
