It has come to the attention of the Division of Marine Fisheries (MarineFisheries) that there will be an unavoidable delay in the distribution of 2006 permits to applicants. All valid 2005 permits will therefore remain valid through February 28, 2006. Valid 2006 permits will be required by March 1, 2006.

MarineFisheries is currently mailing out permit renewals and 2005 catch reports. Please be advised that all 2005 catch reports are due at MarineFisheries by January 31, 2006.
