Effective at sunrise on Friday, August 5th, the waters, flats and all tributaries within Chatham Harbor in the Town of Chatham south of a line drawn from the north tip of Strong Island along the Chatham/Orleans Town Line to the marker on Nauset Beach; and east of a line drawn from Allens Point to the southeast tip of Strong Island (Shellfish Growing Areas SC:52N) will re-open to harvest of all shellfish. Re-opened areas classified as CONDITIONALLY APPROVED are open subject to the classification conditions. The following map details the open and closed areas as of August 5, 2005.
