Pursuant to the authority found in M.G.L. Ch. 130 ss. 94, the Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) has scheduled a hearing on the following proposed regulation:

1. Accept comments on the Town of West Tisbury’s application to be granted local control Ch 130 ss. 94 of the river herring runs within the borders of the Town.

One public hearings has been scheduled for:
Wednesday, August 22, 2007 (4:30PM) at the Howe’s House (P.O. Box 278) West Tisbury Massachusetts 02575
