The Division of Marine Fisheries (MarineFisheries) clarifies the recreational scup possession limit for anglers fishing from shore or from private vessels. Anglers fishing from shore are limited to 10-scup per day. The limit is 10-scup per person on private vessels having five or less persons on board. Private vessels are limited to a maximum of 50-scup per day when 6 or more persons are on board.
