2009 Permits extended through January 31, 2010
2009 catch reports due January 31st
Due to an unavoidable delay in the processing of 2010 permit renewals, the Division of Marine Fisheries (MarineFisheries) has extended the validity of 2009 permits through January 31, 2010. Valid 2010 permits will be required by February 1, 2010. Please be advised that 2009 catch reports are due at MarineFisheries by January 31, 2010 with the exception of commercial striped bass catch reports, which were due no later than November 30, 2009.
