Due to an unavoidable delay in the distribution of 2011 permit renewals, the Division of Marine Fisheries (MarineFisheries) has extended the validity of 2010 permits through January 31, 2011. Valid 2011 permits will be required by February 1, 2011. MarineFisheries is currently mailing out permit renewals with monthly trip-level reporting non-compliance notifications. Please be advised that to receive your 2011 commercial permit you must submit to MarineFisheries all outstanding 2010 monthly trip-level reports with your permit renewal.
