The Commonwealth’s Marine Fisheries Advisory Commission met on March 12, 2012 and approved proposed recreational scup, black sea bass, and fluke regulations for 2012. Due to the late timing of this action, MarineFisheries is enacting emergency regulations for the upcoming season.
