The Commissioner's Office: The Commisioner's Office is the home for the Riverways Program, the Department's Habitat Protection Program (in conjunction with the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife), the Departmental GIS Program, the Clean Vessels Act Program and the Human Resources Office
Division of Fisheries and Wildlife: The Division has five major components: Fisheries, Wildlife, Heritage and Endangered Species, Realty and Public Information and Education. Here you can find out whom to call about various issues as well as a listing of all the Division's publications. Information about licenses and fees is being developed.

Office of Fishing and Boating Access: Here, you can find about the activities of an agency which provides boat and canoe access at over 250 sites on coastal waters, Great Ponds and rivers. Find out what the minimum requirements for a new site are and see our new list of all 250+ sites.
Division of Marine Fisheries: Our Division of Marine Fisheries, concerned with both commercial and recreational aspects of the fisheries (including shellfishing and lobstering), has put information regarding licensing as well as its popular newsletter on this site.
