Guideline on the MA RPS Eligibility of Generation Units that Re-tool with Low Emission, Advanced Biomass Technologies

On February 9, 2004, DOER issued and invited comments on a "Draft Guideline on the Regulations with Regard to the MA RPS Eligibility of Generation Units that Re-tool with Low-emission, Advanced Biomass Technologies." DOER appreciates the comments it received from five organizations. After careful consideration, DOER made some corrections and clarifications in the final Guideline, which it issued on April 16, 2004.
