RPS Annual Reports

The RPS regulations (at 225 CMR 14.09) require all Massachusetts Retail Electricity Suppliers to submit Compliance Filings by July 1 of each year demonstrating that they complied with their RPS obligations for the previous calendar year.

The RPS regulations (at 225 CMR 14.10(2)) require DOER to issue an Annual Energy Resource Report summarizing certain information from the Annual Compliance Filings. That information is incorporated into the Annual RPS Compliance Report.

This is the Annual RPS Compliance Report for 2006, issued on February 15, 2008.
