** Output from these plants will qualify as New Renewable Generation -- and thereby generate RPS-qualified GIS certificates -- only when and if they meet the special provisions of the RPS Regulations at 225 CMR 14.05(5) that pertain to any Generation Unit that is located outside of the ISO-New England control area.
