Final Advisory Ruling Concerning RPS Qualification of PSNH's Proposed Biomass Power Plant at Schiller Station in NH

The Massachusetts Division of Energy Resources has issued a final Advisory Ruling concerning the qualification for the MA Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (RPS) program of a proposed 50 MW, fluidized bed, biomass fired generation unit that would replace a coal fired unit at Public Service of New Hampshire's Schiller Station in Portsmouth, NH. DOER received comments from four organizations and took them into consideration in preparing its final Advisory Ruling.
