TIR 10-21: Trade Show and Flea Market Promoters
This TIR announces changes in the sales/use tax reporting requirements for trade show and flea market promoters effective November 9, 2010. The changes relate to the definition of "show" to which the reporting requirements pertain and the class of promoters who must submit monthly reports to the Department.
