The Board Acceptable Site Assessment Policy is generated by the UST Petroleum Product Clean Up Fund Administrative Review Board. It pertains to those Dispensing Facilities seeking eligibility under M.G.L. c. 21J with an Underground Storage Tank System which have not submitted an Application for Certificate of Compliance by April 1, 1995 or which submitted an Application for Certificate of Compliance by April 1, 1995 which was rejected, or will not apply for a Certificate of Compliance pursuant to 503 CMR 2.07 (2) (f).
