    One of Commissioner Pitter’s DOR360 Initiatives was to open up communications with stakeholders and ask for feedback on interactions with the Department of Revenue.  A series of surveys were developed to ask for opinions and comments from customers. DOR’s Taxpayer Advocate reviews the survey responses regularly, reports to the Commissioner on the issues and makes recommendations for change.  In fact, changes have already been made and others are in the works.
