The Third Annual Regionalization Toolkit Conference was held Thursday, September 1, 2011 at the Hogan Conference Center at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. The conference sponsored by the Division of Local Services, the Franklin Regional Council of Governments & the Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies, featured a broad array of municipal service sharing examples and best practices.
