Who we serve
The Environmental Toxicology Program (TOX) conducts assessments of human exposure to chemical, microbial, and radiological contaminants identified in environmental and biological media. TOX also provides quantitative evaluation of the human health risk of exposure to these contaminants through consultations and technical assistance provided to internal and external stakeholders, including the general public, as well as local, state and federal agencies.
