Through the Priority Populations Request for Response (RFR), EEC is seeking to procure high quality early education and care services for teen parent families, homeless families and children and families involved with the Department of Children and Families. EEC seeks to provide these families with early education and care experiences that support school readiness and ongoing success in their children, while offering a menu of supports and services designed to strengthen families.
