Purpose of Notice:  Through the 2013 EEC CCRRS RFR, The Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is seeking proposals from agencies that meet industry standards and have qualified staff, engage in strategic planning, are fiscally sound, coordinate with other agencies that serve families and providers with family focused services, understand and value provider development, and have systems in place that support their technological needs to provide resource and referral to families and providers in Massachusetts.
