Purpose of this Notice:

The purpose of this Request for Responses (RFR) is to notify all vendors of computers that EEC intends to accept a donation of 50 to 60 KIDSmart computers from IBM in a two year period unless another vendor is willing to provide the same or similar opportunity that would in some manner provide better value to the Commonwealth and early education and care programs.

Submission Instructions:

Bidders must submit the required forms and attachments listed below.  The forms listed below are required to be submitted with the proposal (unless they are already on file with the Commonwealth) and must be completed and submitted to EEC by the due date specified above (unless otherwise noted below).   These forms can be found in this solicitation under the Forms and Terms tab on the Comm-PASS website.  EEC shall have the right to refuse to review any responses received that fail to include one or more of the required forms or attachments.
