The Massachusetts Early Learning Plan, as outlined in the Early Learning Challenge grant proposal, includes linking our statewide network of family engagement and community supports to evidence-based practices for literacy. Early Learning Challenge Grant funds provide EEC with the opportunity to enhance the implementation of evidence-based literacy models through CFCE grantees.
The monthly report gives Grantees an opportunity to describe evidence-base literacy grant activities implemented each month and to provide an update on progress made compared to the benchmarks and outcomes proposed in your initial grant applications
