ELCG: Project 11.1 Communication Infrastructure Strategy and Campaign

Grant Description & Purpose:

The purpose of this grant program is to increase inter-agency and public understanding of the role of early education and care in Massachusetts and the Readiness System that the Commonwealth is building.  Through this Grant Application, EEC seeks to award a grant to launch the second phase of this work statewide.

Application Submission Information:

In accordance with the submission requirements detailed below, all required documents, including, proposal narrative, attachments, fiscal forms and the Certification Regarding Lobbying Form must be received at EEC’s Central Office by 4:00 PM on June 29, 2012.

3. Budget Detail 
4. Budget Narrative for each calendar year 
5. Required Response 
6. Copy of Indirect Cost Approval Letter (if you are claiming Indirect Cost)
7. Certification Regarding Lobbying Form 
8. Supplier Diversity Program Plan Form 

To be mailed:

One original (all signatures must be in blue ink) and three copies of these documents.
