Evidence Based Early Literacy Grant

December 6, 2012:  The FY13 ELCG 4.2 Evidence Based Literacy Grant Recipient Awards have been posted on the EEC website and on Comm-PASS.

Grant Description & Purpose

This is a competitive grant to provide support to existing FY13 CFCE grantees to enhance their implementation of evidence-based early literacy programming for children and families in their communities. 

Through this application, EEC is seeking CFCE grantees that can integrate the use of evidence-based early literacy models into their existing practice and provide ongoing/year round opportunities for parents and children to learn and practice early literacy skills together.

Eligible Applicants

Existing FY13 Coordinated Family and Community Engagement grantees are eligible to apply.

All required documents, including electronic workbook, proposal narrative, attachments, and fiscal forms must be received at EEC’s Central Office by 4:00 PM on October 29, 2012.

4. Proposal Narrative  (Evidence-based Early Literacy Model Proposal Narrative)
5. Copy of Indirect Cost Approval Letter (if you are claiming Indirect Cost)
6. Certification Regarding Lobbying Form 

To be mailed to:

One original (all signatures must be in blue ink) and two copies of these documents.
