Grant Description & Purpose:

This is a competitive grant to provide support to local communities to enhance their integrated and coordinated Birth to Grade Three alignment. 

Through this application process EEC is seeking grantees to engage in collaborative community wide activities to bring greater alignment to the Birth to Grade Three population in their communities.

Application Submission Information:

In accordance with the submission requirements detailed below, all required documents, including, proposal narrative, attachments, fiscal forms and the Certification Regarding Lobbying Form must be received at EEC’s Central Office by 4:00 PM on August 17, 2012

The required grant application and program forms below must be submitted via email as an attachment to RTTTProcurement@MassMail.State.MA.US.  Please include name of grant and name of your agency on the subject line of the email.  Example:  FY2013 RTT Early Education Partnerships: Birth to Grade Three Strategy (5.3), Boston Social Services

One original (all signatures must be in blue ink) and three copies of these documents.

2. Signed Cover Page 
3. Proposal Narrative 
4. Budget Detail, Budget Narrative and In Kind Budget Detail 
5. A cover letter for the Memorandums of Understanding that lists each partner 
6. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) document for each grant partner (this document is to be created by the applicant and must minimally include:
                A. the name and contact information for each party,
                B. an outline of the agreement between parties regarding the components of work each party agrees to, and
                C. a signature from both parties
7. Copy of Indirect Cost Approval Letter (if you are claiming Indirect Cost)
