Grant Description & Purpose:
Through this competitive Grant Application, EEC seeks to fund one or more qualified applicants to validate the factors inherent in educator competency based on analysis of effective classroom practice with children birth to age 5 as defined by their achievement of desired outcomes in three key areas, social emotional development, literacy, and numeracy. In addition, EEC is seeking one vendor to analyze the effectiveness of using research-based digital strategies to enhance the abilities of educators and parents to support children’s healthy growth and development in the areas outlined above.

EEC may disqualify any incomplete grant applications from consideration/review.
Please note: If your application is selected for funding, EEC will e-mail a Standard Contract Form to the individual identified as the “Applicant Contact” in Part 1 of each response. This Form will need to be printed, signed (in blue ink), and returned to EEC prior to the Grant start date. Directions on how to submit that signed form to EEC will be explained with the form.
