Financial Assistance Regulations & Policies

The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) has revised its Subsidized Child Care regulations, found at 606 CMR 10.00 et seq. These revised regulations became effective on January 18^th.

Please note, the polices contained within this guide have been superseded by the Financial Assistance Policy Guide for 2013.
