Foster Care Agencies are licensed placement agencies responsible for recruitment and approval of foster parents/homes to care for children in need of alternative placement. Contact them to learn more about:
  • Becoming a potential foster parent
  • The foster parent approval process

Under an agreement with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, EEC licenses foster care placement in Massachusetts.

Foster Care agencies place children in foster homes. There is a great need for people to open their homes and their hearts for children in need of families. These children are in the foster care system for any number of reasons, from being victims of abuse, to being physically or mentally challenged, to just not having any living relatives.
