The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) has now released the Early Childhood Resource Centers Contract for FY12.


Contract Description and Purpose:
Through this contract, EEC intends to fund up to five Early Childhood Resource Centers (ECRCs) throughout the Commonwealth, in order to provide access to materials and resources for early education and care programs and families statewide; to provide EEC educators/providers with professional development opportunities, and to offer programming that supports parents in the role of their child's first teacher.


Eligible Applicants:
Public Libraries only. Only public libraries in full membership with one of the automated resource sharing networks (C/W MARS, Minuteman, MVLC, NOBLE, MBLN, OCLN, CLAMS, SAILS), may apply.
