The Department of Early Education and Care in collaboration with Wheelock College Aspire Institute, the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley (UWMBMV), and the Community Advocates for Young Learners (CAYL) Institute has formed the Together for Quality (T4Q) to support the Massachusetts Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS).

T4Q, has now released the Request For Proposal (RFP) for the FY11 QRIS Grants. To participate in this year's opportunity, eligible programs must participate in the QRIS system. Programs are required to complete a self-assessment available at https://www.eec.state.ma.us/qrisstatewide/ and attend required training sponsored by T4Q to be eligible for the funding. The grant funding is to support programs in advancing a level in the QRIS standards and coaching support. More information about this year's grant program is available at www.wheelock.edu/t4q.
