Some of the regulations that appear on this Web site are derived from documents used by the Secretary of State in preparing the official Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR). Their content and format may or may not have been subsequently modified. Other regulations may appear in a format specifically created for service providers, in which case the official regulation has been modified by adding a header on every page.
