As outlined in the Pesticide Examination and License Information Bulletin , there are four different types of pesticide certifications and licenses, each with associated fees as outlined below. Please note that cash and/or purchase orders (PO) cannot be accepted. All payments must be made by check or money-order and made payable to the “Commonwealth of Massachusetts”.

Due to fiscal practices and related program accounting requirements, we are unable to accept combined payments for different license types. Please submit separate checks or money orders when submitting payments for different license types. For example, a Commercial-L (core) license type application is $100 dollars and a Commercial-C (certification) license type is $150 dollars. If you were to combine these applications and send one $250 dollar check to cover the fees for both license types, we would return the applications to you, delaying the issuance of your Pesticide License Credentials.

The below Pesticide Program fees associated with exam registration, licensing, license renewals, product registration and product registration renewals went last changed and effective on February 1, 2010.
