The Division of Ecological Restoration focuses on restoring degraded aquatic ecosystems to improve the form and function of these ecosystems to benefit wildlife species as well as the people that rely on them. Our small, dedicated staff is passionate about our work and is constantly measuring our actions against the best available science and practice. Nationally we are the only state-based government program dedicated to restoring ecosystems in a holistic manner, focusing not on target species alone, but the main system process that are needed for ecosystems to thrive.
Through our website please get to know our Division, our projects, and our staff and please do not hesitate to contact us.
